Visual Arts come in many forms.  Painting, Etchings, Sculpture, Ceramics, Photography, Fashion Design and Textiles are examples.  I decided not to single out particular artists, but rather just provide a list of artists, both male and female.  This list is taken directly from Wikipedia.  The list contains links to the artists and their artistic areas.
